Even in the midst of a winter storm, both volunteers and community members enjoyed the Christmas party at the Eden Valley Community Center, held before the arrival of the CP Rail Holiday Train Wednesday evening, Dec. 14.
There was food (hot soup and chili, cookies and cider or cocoa), visits with Santa and Frosty, live music by EV-W students and Gig Noonan, and lots of good fellowship.
This event is sponsored each year (whether the Holiday Train stops in Eden Valley or not) by the Eden Valley Citizens For Progress, and Eden Valley Lions Club.
