Eden Valley-Watkins students, under the guidance of Ms. Donna Orbeck, participated in a world-wide ninth-annual ?ÄúWorld?Äôs Largest Sport Stacking Event?Äù in attempt to set a new Guinness World Record¬Æ. About two dozen students spent nearly an hour taking turns at various stations, using different styles to stack cups.
They were among hundreds of thousands of students around the world doing the same thing, all on Thursday, Nov. 12. (Last year, the record was 592,292 stackers. It will be several more days until all reports are in to the WSSA.) Staff photos by Jayne Harff.
