FAIR HAVEN TOWNSHIP ZONING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Legal Notice An application for a Variance has been submitted by Ronnie Olsonoski, owner of property located at Section 01, TWP 121, Range 28, on Bayberry Road, South Haven, Minn., wants to build an accessory building 36 ft x 40 ft and located 41 feet south of the easement road, Bayberry, asking for a Variance of 22 feet on the setback from the easement road, and larger than 900 sq. ft. According to Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #209 Section 9.9.9.A.3. sec. 6.2.1.A., setback requirements from the private easement road is 63 feet from the center line.
