The Kimball Area Chapter of the National Honor Society has inducted its new members for 2009-2010. They are Andrew Kieke, David Joseph, Larissa Gohmann, Jenna Maus, Matthew Massman, and Brandon Edwards. The members are selected after an application process that analyzes their character, leadership, and service, after having a qualifying grade-point average at or above 3.45. The selected members must show previous dedication towards each of the categories.
Current and future projects sponsored by NHS include: Blanket Making for a Women’s Shelter, Bleacher Clean Team, Snow Shoveling for Seniors, Senior Helper Program, and Penny Drive.
