Thursday, Oct. 8, the Kindergarten class from Kimball Elementary School took a bus ride to the Kimball Fire Hall for fire safety week. The kindergarteners got to see the many different trucks, where the firefighters keep their turnout gear, watched a short movie on fire safety, and asked many questions. A special thank you to Captain Mike Schneider for helping set the event up and also a huge thank you to Tammy Konz and Hendricks Bus Company for donating the bus ride to and from the fire hall.
