Chair Schreiner opened the meeting at 5:00 p.m. with members Davis, Becker, Helgeson, and Zipoy present. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.
Motion by Zipoy, seconded by Davis, to move to closed session for preliminary consideration of allegations against an employee at 5:01 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Becker, seconded by Davis, to move to open session for possible action related to closed session at 5.53 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Davis, seconded by Helgeson, to accept resignation received from John Benson as teacher and coach at Kimball Area Public Schools. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Davis, seconded by Becker, to adjourn meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
