Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a one (1) lot plat entitled “Jarosch Flaten Addition” submitted by Dennis Jarosch and Karen Flaten, South Haven, Minn. according to Stearns County Ordinance #230. This property is zoned Agricultural 40 (A-40). The 19.4 acre plat is the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 lying easterly of County Road 7, Section 28, Fairhaven Township (122/28). Notice is further given that the above hearing will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud MN. A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud MN and can be viewed during regular business hours.  All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the request.
