Filings open Tuesday, December 30, 2008, and close at 5 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009, for said office. The last day for a candidate to withdraw from the election is Thursday, January 15, 2009. Filing for said office may be made at the home of the clerk at 12670 Co Rd 149, Watkins. Filing fee is $2.00.
