Notice of Application for a Livestock Feedlot Permit
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statues, Chapter 116, that Jacob and Ashley Kieke, have made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and/or the County of Stearns for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 Animal Units (AU) or more.
The existing feedlot is located in the SE ¼, NE ¼ of ¼ of Section 7 Township 121N range 29W (12341 123rd Avenue, Kimball, MN) of Maine Prairie Township in STEARNS County, MN.
The existing feedlot consists of total confinement barns, partial confinement barns with open lots, a liquid manure storage area, manure pump/small round LMSA and concrete scrape areas. The existing facility is permitted for 450 (450 AU) slaughter steers/
heifers for a total of 450 AU.
The proposed facility will consist of the above-listed facilities and manure storage areas, but also include an additional total confinement barn with utility room and an under barn concrete manure storage area. The proposed facility will consist of up to a total of 685.25 AU consisting of slaughter steers and heifers (400 HD/400 AU), calves (129 HD/25.8 AU) and feeder cattle (371 HD/259.7 AU) and Small Goats (10 HD/0.75 AU).
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5,000 feet of the perimeter of the feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.

Notice is given that on May 8, 2026 at 8:45 a.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 725 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Jessie M. Crane, as personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representatives or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated May 24, 2004, executed by James J. Boos and Joanna M. Boos fka Joanna M. Grindle, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to Liberty Bank Minnesota, successor in interest to Liberty Savings Bank, fsb, as Mortgagee, and filed for record June 24, 2004, as Document No. 1116857, in the Office of the County Recorder of Stearns County, Minnesota; modified pursuant to a Modification of Mortgage dated May 1, 2022, and filed for record July 28, 2022, as Document No. A1637660, in the Office of the County Recorder of Stearns County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2. The Mortgage has not been assigned.
3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was $148,800.00.
4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
