MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP Notice is hereby given that the Maine Prairie Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing for Bauerly Brothers, Inc, 4787 Shadow Wood Drive, Sauk Rapids, MN to operate a temporary blacktop plant in their gravel pit located at 8575 Highway 55 East, Kimball, MN, S 1/2 of the SW 1/4, North of State Hwy. 55, Section 12, Maine Prairie Township, Stearns County, Minnesota. Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2004, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 North Elm Street, Kimball, Minn. All interested persons are invited to attend said public hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support or in opposition to the proposed request.
