Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, March 20, 2003, Maine Prairie Town Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 Elm Street North, Kimball, Minn., to consider a variance permit submitted by Peter and Nghia Schoengart, 10010 Park Circle, Bloomington, Minn. 55420, to place a double-wide mobile home 62 feet from centerline of the road on 183rd Street. Located in Schreifels Addition., that part of Government Lot 2, Section 7, Township 122, Range 29, beginning at the intersection of the N 1/4 right-of-way line of Lake Avenue with the N 1/4 extension of the E line of Govern-ment Lot 8 in said addition; thence N 01-50’00” W along the N 1/4 extension of said Lot line 150′; thence N 88-10’00” E 66.5 feet to the N 1/4 extension of the E line of Lot 7 in said Addition; thence S 01-50’00” E along said last mentioned lot line to said N 1/4 right-of-way; thence W 1/4 along said right-of-way to the point of beginning, Cont. 0.23 acre, more or less. Also Lot 7, Schreifels Addi-tion and the 16.5 foot strip of land lying between Lots 7 and 8, Schreifels Addition, in Maine Prairie Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota.
