Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a one (1) lot plat entitled “Tom Weber’s Addition” submitted by Tom and Lorraine Weber, Kimball, Minn., according to Stearns County Subdivision Ordinance #230. The property is zoned Commercial Recreation (CR). the 3.7-acre plat is located in part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 35, lying northerly of Powder Ridge Road and westerly of Minnesota State Highway 15, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held Thursday, April 19, 2007, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn.
