Students Darius Westrich and Kari Schiefelbein are holding a check for $483.23 from Viking Coke. The money is from the Powerade for Schools program. Kimball sells Powerade at games and contests and Viking Coke shows their appreciation for the sales by giving back money to the schools. The money will be used to make improvements in activities. A covered dugout for the JV softball field and new uniforms for junior high softball are a couple of the areas of improvement happening this spring. Submitted photo.
