NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, at Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N, to consider the following:
A request by Styme International Industries, LLC for a variance of 15 feet from property line setbacks for the parcels of property identified for business expansion.
Parcel 1: Lot 002 Block 001 of MAUS ADD and the North 210 feet of the East 195 feet of Lot Five (5), all in Block One (1) of Maus Addition, according to the plat and survey thereof, now on file and of record in the office of the Stearns County Recorder. Together with an easement for drainage and water run-off from the above described tracts onto and across the North 210 feet of the West 120 feet of the East 315 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Maus Addition Parcel 2: That part of Lot 5, Block 1, MAUS ADDITION, as of public record Stearns County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East along the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 300.00 feet to the northeast corner of the west 300.00 feet of said Lot 5, and said point being the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds East along the east line of said west 300.00 feet, 117.62 feet to the south line of the north 117.62 feet of said Lot 5; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East along last said line, 100.00 feet to the east line of the west 400.00 feet of said Lot 5; thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds East along last said line, 92.38 feet to the south line of the north 210.0 feet of said Lot 5; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East along last said line, 101.57 feet to the west line of the east 195.00 feet of said Lot 5; thence North 00 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds West along last said line, 210.00 feet to said north line of Lot 5; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West along last said line, 201.57 feet to the point of beginning.
