The Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation’s (MHIF) “The HiTECH Heart” will be presented at Kimball Elementary School from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11. MHIF’s “HiTECH Heart Program,” is an interactive display and presentation designed to educate fourth-graders about the heart, how it works, and how to take care of it. The HiTECH Heart Program represents a collaborative effort between the Science Museum of Minnesota and the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation. This program is available at no cost to schools throughout the state thanks to the generous support of Great River Energy, the Lions Club of Spring Lake Park, and the Medtronic Foundation.
