The meeting was called to order by Chair Kuechle at 6:42 p.m. with all members except Stenger present. Mr. Stenger arrived at 6:53, during the treasurer’s report. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all in attendance. Motion by Peglow, second by Kersten to approve the agenda as presented. MC After review of the listed bills, motion by Laabs, seconded by Kersten to approve payment of $145,023.95. Of this amount, $26,794.20 was final payment to Buysee Roofing for the roofing project at the high school that had been completed last fall. MC Motion by Kersten, seconded by Laabs to approve the consent agenda. MC. The consent agenda included: a. Approve minutes of March 22, 2007 Regular Board meeting. b. Approve full-time Long-Term Substitute contract with Shayla Zieman, beginning on April 10, 2007, for the remainder of the school year for Tabitha Mortenson. c. Approve reinvestment of $94,000 CD for one year maturing 3/26/08, State Bank of India (CA), at 5.25 percent. The treasurer’s report and quarterly reports were reviewed and discussed. The following resolution was read aloud, followed by a brief review by Superintendent Tritabaugh of the positions and individual(s) affected by the proposed reduction. After Mr. Tritabaugh finished, the floor was open to the parents in attendance to ask questions and voice their concerns regarding the proposed reductions.
