Rose receives ag awards at Ridgewater

Agriculture students were honored at the Agriculture Department Awards Banquet which was held at Ridgewater College-Willmar Campus Tuesday, April 3. Students received awards for their participation in state and national Postsecondary Agriculture Students (PAS) contests. The state PAS contests were held in Marshall, in February and the national contests were held in Des Moines, Iowa, in March.

Michael Rose of Kimball, the son of Leslie and Barbara Rose, received the following awards for state competition: First-Place Dairy Specialist Team. He was also recognized for receiving an Orlin Harbarth Scholarship.
