Legal Notice Notice of Public Hearing – Maine Prairie Township Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, the Maine Prairie Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at 8 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The meeting will be in the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 Elm Street North, Kimball, Minn., to consider an Interim Use Permit submitted by: Lawrence L. and H. Waltzing, 19253 75th Avenue, Kimball, MN 55353, to replace an existing mobile home for son David Waltzing with a new mobile home on their farm, Parcel #20-11342-000, Section 1, Township 122, Range 29, W 1/2, SE 1/4. All interested persons are invited to attend said public hearing or submit written testimony in support, or in opposition, to the proposed request.
