Kimball Kruisers 4-H Club meets

·

The Kimball Kruisers had a 4-H meeting this month with lots of business to discuss. Things are starting to get busy. For the month of May we will be busy outdoors helping others. The Kimball Kruisers will be planting the flowerpots in Kimball and helping with the Willow Creek Park Clean-up. All 4-H members need to watch their e-mails for upcoming times to meet. We also voted to see if any seniors in the area need help with yard cleaning. You can sign up through senior dining, if you’re interested. We also will be sorting trees to be given out at KES the end of April.  Our 4-H club is also going to try a new fundraising this year. We will be having a garage sale at Gohmann’s Foods on May 12. Please come out and support us. This Tuesday all 4-H members can come to a cross-stitch workshop presented by Sue Rainer. Mrs. Rainer has a business called Raise the Roof Designs where she designs and sells cross-stitch patterns across the nation. We are really looking forward to her presentation. Our meeting ended with Abbey and Shelby Schiefelbein doing their demonstrations on Magic Fruit Salad and Jellyfish. Then everyone pitched in to make place settings for Senior Dining on Easter. Our next meeting is May 6. Shelby Schiefelbein, reporter Kimball Kruisers
