She served on many hospital committees, too many to list but all equally important to her, and she received many awards for her volunteer and community service. Betty was a ProVol (professional volunteer), as her license plates declared. She also was a member of the St. Louis Park Women’s Club, St. Louis Park Senior Program, and the Lenox Foundation.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings Wanda, Neil, Calvin, Rheba, and Janice.

She is survived by her sons Jerry (and Linda) Pickle, and Bob (and Sharon) Pickle; grandchildren Andy (and Elise), Brian (and Kristin), Dan (and Rachel), Michelle (and Jeff), and Matthew; great-grandchildren Kennedy, Emma, and Lucas.

Special thanks to PN Methodist Hospital staff 5W, PNMH Hospice, and Aurora for the care and compassion shown to Betty and family. Memorials are preferred to PNMH Hospice or donor’s choice. Arrangements are with Huber Funeral & Cremation Services in Eden Prairie.
