Claim of Rights to my Heirs
I, Christopher James Waldorf, Competent to speak, of sound Mind, claim all rights and title to my Heirs as follows: Tia Wilhelmina Waldorf with birth day of August 20, 2008, and Tosha Ann Waldorf with birth day of July 15, 2010. Anyone with any proof, knowledge to rebut my claim, shall state and declare by Public Notice in this newspaper their higher claim, and shall forward a copy thereof to the following Notary Public within 30 days of the first publishing date of this notice.
