The St. Cloud Veterans Affairs Medical Center, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Minnesota National Guard, Camp Ripley, will host the 16th Annual Physically Disabled Veterans Deer Hunt Oct. 2-4 at Camp Ripley in Little Falls. This special hunt is provided for physically disabled veterans who are currently receiving outpatient treatment at a VA Medical Center or who are eligible for care and cannot hunt during the regular firearms season. Limited participant space is available. Applications became available Monday, June 11, and must be received by Monday, July 9.
