Employees of diversiCOM – Melrose Telephone Company and Mainstreet Communications recently donated goods and cash to local area food shelves. The company matched the donations, therefore doubling the already generous amount. The products were divided among the four food shelves in the diversiCOM service area. Eden Valley, Kimball, Melrose and Sauk Centre Food shelves were the recipients of the food collected. diversiCOM recognizes the importance of supporting the local economies, therefore all goods bought by the company where purchased in each of the four cities. diversiCOM offers local phone service, long distance, dial-up and high speed internet, cable TV, a School and Community Television station (SCTV19), in addition to many telephone features.
