Junior Anna Donnay took first place honors in the annual Maple Lake Cross Country Invitational Friday, Sept. 4, at Ney Park. Donnay gave a memorable performance, with an impressive time of 18:23.9, blowing out the rest of the field. A full minute behind Donnay, Watertown-Mayer?Äôs Hannah Truniger took second with a 19:24.0 mark; and third place went to Maple Lake?Äôs Sommer Carlson, 20:46.1.
