The activity department has been working to get all paperwork online. Kimball has the ability to access all paperwork, forms and fees to be processed online for the convenience of parents. All the forms are located on the activities page under the side heading of Forms. Parents can fill out MSHLS form, sign insurance waiver document, sign parent fan decorum form and pay the activity fee for the child. We will also take forms in the office until this procedure is perfected. Please contact Laurie Hunt or Carly Serbus for help with completing forms online.
