The Kimball Boy Scout Troop held a campout at the Kimball Rod and Gun Club Friday,
and Saturday, July 19- 20. During this campout, the boys invited former Kimball councilman Aaron Dahlinger to their meeting. Aaron talked about our constitutional rights and obligations as United States citizens.
The Troop would like to send a special “thank you” to Aaron for taking the time to visit with the boys to discuss these important issues.
After Aaron’s visit Friday, the boys took time to learn about rifles to work towards their Rifle Merit badge.
On Saturday, July 20, the boys got the chance to shoot and test for the Rifle Merit badge. -William Serbus, Jonny Serbus, Mitchell Just, Nathan Just, Ethan Erpelding, Alex Ludlow, and Robert Spoden earned their Rifle Merit badges. Congratulations, Scouts!
