ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 651 WHICH REPEALS THE TEXT OF ORDINANCE 651 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND RE-ENACTS THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE 651 IN ITS PLACE SUMMARY PUBLICATION

The City of Kimball has adopted an Amendment to Ordinance 651 which repeals the text of Ordinance 651 in its entirety and re-enacts the following Ordinance 651 in its place.

The purpose of this repeal and re-enactment is to grant a cable television franchise to Melrose Telephone Company dba Arvig.

This publication is a summary of the repeal and re-enactment of Ordinance 651.

The Council has approved this summary publication unanimously.
