The Clearwater River Watershed District will hold its Aug. 23, 2006, Work Session at the Annandale Middle School Gym, Annandale, Minn., beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Work Session will be followed at 7 p.m. by a Public Information Meeting. Purpose of that meeting will be to provide the public with information contained in an Engineer’s Report on a proposed project to remove carp and improve water quality in Cedar, Albion, Swartout, and Henshaw Lakes.
