Throw on your dancing shoes and join us for a Sweetheart Swing Dance.
The Stearns History Museum will host a party for you and your special someone this Valentine’s Day. Partnering with the Whitney Senior Center, step back in time to the big band era as you sway to the music of the Rock City Jazz Band.
Favorites from the ’20s, ’30s, and ’40s will be featured so you can dance the night away with your sweetie and your friends. Local beer will be served, along with some tasty treats. Put on your best vintage wear and make it a night to remember.
The dance will be held Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Whitney Senior Center. Dance lessons start at
6:30 p.m., and the dance kicks off at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online at www.stearnshistorymuseum.org or at the door. Space is limited, so get yours today.
