Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held Monday, June 18, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main Street North, Kimball, Minn., to consider an application for Conditional Use Permit from: Shannon Dahl. The principal Section(s) of the Zoning Ordinance which apply to the requests are: Section 1125.04 – #6.  The proposed Conditional Use Permit: To develop remainder of property to allow for future growth and expansion of the storage facility, which is not covered under original CDU permit, (2003-03). Does not want to limit number of buildings or size as long as it meets Building Codes. The legal description of the property for which the proposal is: Sect-03 TWP 121 Range 029 .82 A E 107′ of W116′ of Lot 12 N of HWY LESS N 75′ thereof – Lot 12 – Browers addition. Parcel #60.34417.000.  Any person wishing to be heard concerning the proposed Conditional Use shall have the opportunity to present comments to the City Council at this meeting.
