The Kimball School Board held their Nov. 13, 2023, board meeting at 6 p.m.
The board hired a 3rd grade teacher and a high school para, accepted a resignation from an elementary para, and approved two winter coaching positions.
The principals reported student successes, donation of winter coats, fall musical performances, Thanksgiving lunch, WBWF summary, Staff Development Day activity, K-2 Holiday programs, additional parking available, and presented the Achievement and Integration report.
The superintendent gave a construction update, soil boring at high school, scheduled a work session for board, and upcoming negotiations session.
The board abolished one policy, and reviewed and approved 15 policies.
The next meeting is at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18, beginning with the Truth-in-Taxation Hearing.
The meeting adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
