PAHCS names new Foundation Coordinator

Paynesville native selected as Foundation Coordinator for Paynesville Area Health Care System (PAHCS).

PAHCS administration is pleased to announce that Jennifer Engen has been selected to serve as Foundation Coordinator.

Jennifer (Gully) Engen is a 2002 graduate of Paynesville Area High School and earned her undergraduate degree in secondary education from the University of Minnesota, Morris. She completed her student teaching in the New London-Spicer school district and then began focusing her career on philanthropy opportunities. For the past two and a half years Jennifer held the position of Development Manager for Friendship Ventures (aka Camp Friendship) in Annandale. She oversaw all aspects of fundraising efforts for Friendship Ventures which provides resident and respite care to more than 3,000 people each year with physical and mental disabilities.

As Foundation Coordinator, Jennifer is looking forward to meeting with individuals, businesses, and organizations to cultivate, invest and dispense charitable donations to ensure the ongoing advancement and availability of quality, local health care in all communities served. Ms. Engen will also coordinate grant-writing applications and work alongside the PAH Foundation Board of Directors. “I am very much looking forward to this opportunity in my hometown area,” stated Engen. Jennifer resides in Paynesville with her husband, Brandon.
