Just before 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 1, Nicholas Arens, 39 of Kimball, was traveling north in a 2009 Chevy Impala on Highway 24 when he went off the road in the curve south of County Road 17 in Forest City Township and rolled. Road conditions were reported to be dry at the time. Arens was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Kimball Fire and Rescue and Watkins Ambulance responded to the scene.
