Monday, March 5, 2007 7:15 p.m. A public hearing is scheduled for a Variance for a new home at 6552 Aspenwood Road, South Haven, MN, Section 7, TWP 121, Range 28. The variance is to permit the house to be 27.5 feet from the centerline of Aspenwood Road. Property owners are Ruth and David Johnson. Occupied by Thomas and Missy Johnson. The new home was constructed last July and it wasn’t possible to go back into the hill as the plans had called for to be 37 feet of the road. Dean Croat Construction met with his engineer and worked with Jack Schabel the excavator and the structure had to be moved toward the road.
