The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) reminds citizens that state law prohibits the placement of unauthorized signs and other objects on state highway right-of-way. Highway right-of-way is defined as the driving lanes, inside and outside shoulders, inslope-ditch, bottom-backslope, clear zone and sight corners at intersections. The Lake Area Music Teachers’ Forum sponsored four piano Honors Recitals the weekend of May 16-18. The first two recitals took place Friday, May 16, at Gethsemane Lutheran in Dassel, followed by two more Sunday, May 18, at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cokato.
